On Sunday, the French President dissolved the parliament and called for elections. This came after the European elections in Brussels were dramatically pushed to the right.
Though Emmanuel Macron has voiced concern for the growing trend of nationalism in Europe, many worry that this could be part of a larger game by the President of France’s Fifth Republic.
