House and Rental prices decrease in the last quarter -Core Logic

A new report by Core Logic has found that Australia Housing market is going through a slow down, with slower growth recorded in the last quarter.

It found that the capital cities and the regions recorded the largest decrease in house values with the rental market also recording a decrease.

However, experts are unsure whether this could be a sign of a housing bubble about to burst.
