Australia’s vaping regulations not enough to stop black market

The federal government introduced stricter regulations on E-cigarettes in October last year, restricting the sale of vapes to pharmacies only.

However, experts say, a lack of resources to properly enforce the new laws, and several major pharmaceutical retailers’ refusal to stock vapes entirely, has consumers turning to the now thriving black market.
