Research indicates that doubling rent assistance could alleviate the ongoing rent crisis, without increasing the cost of rent.
This research has come out after advertised rent prices have skyrocketed in areas across the country, primarily outside of capital cities.
Renters are set to continue to see prices rise quickly for some time.
