Missiles kill over 50 in Poltava – Putin’s new strategy

Missiles have hit central Ukraine in the city of Poltava and killed over 50 in a military school.

This follows an assault on Kharkiv earlier in the week.  Russia’s ambition appears now to be to pound various parts of Ukraine prior to attempting to take back territory around Kursk that Ukraine has occupied.

It could be this strategy is tied to a timetable leading up to the US election, as neither Kamala Harris and certainly not Donald Trump will have the same resolve as President Biden in support of Ukraine.
