Government programs are slowly making a difference to flood ravaged Lismore, as we revisit one of the residents flooded out of house and home.
‘Green shoots’ are beginning to appear as new businesses open up, and many old ones come back to life.
It’s still far from over for many though, as options such as raising houses, buy back schemes and rebuilding assistance are worked through by the glacial public service. Some people are getting pretty frustrated.
