The low-octane Veep debate

The presidential election is only a month away, with Ohio Senator J.D. Vance and Minnestoa Governor Tim Walz matching up in the Vice-Presidential debate. This produced a debate that focused on a range of issues including national security, the economy, gun control, abortion and Trump’s attempt to overturn the election.

Stephen Hill asked the Director of Research at the United States Study Centre Jared Mondschein how important the vice-presidential debate will be in setting the tone for upcoming election.
