Workplace Surveillance a growing concern in Australian workplaces

More and more small businesses are using software to monitor their employees who are working from home.

The rise of “boss ware” comes after a survey done by Microsoft said that 85% of managers don’t trust their employees working from home, with that number at 90% in Australia.

The surveillance of employees has prompted concerns over privacy, especially with working from home blurring the lines between work and private life.
